The Cream of Earl Grey tea that we use in this mix adds a delicate but delicious note. Added to that is the simplicity of just adding water and baking – giving you a fabulous addition to your pantry.  Makes an amazing hostess, birthday or just because gift.

Earl Grey Lavender Scone Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Empty contents into a medium bowl breaking up any large clumps.

Add 1 Cup of water and mix well into sticky consistency.

Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake 15-25 minutes until the outside is crusty and lightly golden.

Let cool on baking sheet – serve with butter or jam if desired
