The classic combination of cinnamon and raisin is always a crowd pleaser. They are delicious straight from the oven or split and toasted the next day. Added to that is the simplicity of just adding water and baking –  a fabulous addition to your pantry!  Makes an amazing hostess, birthday or just because gift.

Cinnamon Raisin Scone Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Empty contents into a medium bowl breaking up any large clumps. Add 1 Cup of water and mix well into sticky consistency. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 15-25 minutes until the outside is crusty and lightly golden. Let cool on baking sheet – serve with butter or jam if desired.  Makes 6 Jumbo, 12 Medium or 24 Mini
